Meatballs have been around for quite some time and have been enjoyed by many cultures and people. Different renditions containing varying meat sources have been discovered in cookbooks left behind by the ancient Romans and the Persians. So it’s no wonder we enjoy such a simple source of sustenance, especially when that knowledge has apparently been passed down and survived the ages.

Humans have been carnivores for as long as we can remember and archeologists continue to prove the claim. Now we know some of us have recently taken a liking to an everyday diet that includes no meats. But if you are one of the many who still enjoy a good meaty diet then this recipe is dedicated to you.

So ground beef lovers unite with love and devour this casserole with delight. Juicy meatballs in a cheesy sauce shall have everyone, from the first bite to the last, wanting more. Your taste buds will never be the same. This is definitely one recipe to add to your arsenal of family pleasers.

WHAT YOU NEED:
        • 1 Bag of Egg Noodles
        • 1 Bag of frozen meatballs.
        • 4-5 large potatoes.
        • 1 Large onion.
        • 2-3 Large green peppers.
        • 2-3 Large red peppers.
        • 1 Bag of shredded cheddar cheese.
        • 1/2 Jar of marinara sauce.
        • 1/2 Jar of alfredo sauce.
        • 1/4 Cup parmesan cheese.
PREP:

Defrost the meatballs. Boil the egg noodles till tender. Cut the potatoes into large bite size squares. slice or dice the green and red peppers. In a large bowl mix the marinara sauce, alfredo sauce, and parmesan cheese together well.

COMBINING:

Add the egg noodles, meatballs, red peppers, green peppers, and onions to the sauce. Mix the contents well and pour into a casserole dish. You can also add put the mix into a slow cooker in the morning so that it is ready when you get home.

COOKING:

Oven: Cook at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Pull out of the oven and throw some shredded cheddar cheese (optional) on it and let sit for a minute. divide into individual plate servings.

Slow Cooker: Set to low temperature to allow to cook all day. Divvy onto individual plates and sprinkle some shredded cheddar chees on top (optional).

Serve hot

As far we are concerned, We find this dish is tantalizing from the beginning to the end. The aroma it produces is bar none and fills the house that starts the anticipation before it is completely ready. We love dipping our buttery bread into the juicy to combine with the different bites of meat, potatoes, onions, and peppers. It’s just that good. The whole family shall enjoy every sensation this little dish causes from the smell to the taste, and right down to the full belly as they come back for seconds
